You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful!
I know what it means to lose yourself in survival. To make yourself small just to feel safe. To push through, perform, and please, hoping that somewhere in all of that, you'd finally feel seen.
I also know what it means to reclaim yourself. To stop abandoning your truth. To rise again and again, not as who the world expects you to be, but as who you actually are.
That's what radical resilience is, and it’s what I help others access, too.
Who I Am
I'm a speaker, facilitator, and soul guide for people who are done performing and ready to show up fully.
I’ve been through deep trauma, recovery, and healing. It has been a long journey back to myself one rooted in truth, compassion and a whole lot of unlearning.
I’ve walked through darkness and come out the other side with grace and the ability to hold space for others with both tenderness and strength. I'm not interested in surface level anything. I work in the deep end.
I'm also deeply spiritual. I go on pilgrimages to Sacred Sites around the world when I feel called. These journeys are where I listen, where I remember, and where I receive guidance, this shapes the way I show up.
Why I Do This Work
Because I know what it feels like to have no voice and I know the power of reclaiming it. Because the world doesn’t need more perfection. It needs more people willing to be real.
Because healing doesn’t just change you, it changes what you allow, what you build, and what you believe is possible.
Because I believe in the sacred. In resilience. In telling the truth. In becoming the permission slip you didn’t know you were waiting for.

A Few Things That Light Me Up
I’m a proud grandmother of two and I love watching their little faces light up when they figure something out. They remind me daily how powerful we are when we believe in ourselves.
I believe in play. You’ll still catch me on the swings and sliding down the slide with my grand kids, solo or with friends.
I love amusement parks. Roller coasters? Front row please!
I laugh easily, cry freely, and make space for both.
I believe healing and joy can hold hands.
I’ll always choose real over perfect.
